UNIQUE SELF-LEVELING SYSTEM
The HE-VA SAT system is designed to ensure that the entire weight of the center section is transferred to the side sections suspended from the center at all times, regardless of the type of ring, the ring size, or the width of the Tip-Roller. Through the HE-VA SAT System, the necessary weight of the sturdy central frame, wheels, and folding mechanism is transferred to the side sections.
The rings are mounted on 60-mm shafts for greater strength and durability. These shafts are supported by 4-screw bearings enclosed within U-shaped steel profiles.
The shaft of the side sections on the 8.2 m, 9.5 m, and 10.2 m Tip-Rollers has a ball bearing in the center to provide additional support and prevent the shaft from bending.
The folding mechanism features a deep-wing link pivot with upper and lower Teflon-coated steel bushings to provide rigidity during operation as well as smooth rolling.
